It’s that time of the year again! We’ve all made those New Year’s resolutions when we were young, full of hope and maybe even a little delusional… Well, this year is a New Year and things are going to be different! Our whole crew are on board to make sure you’re successful!
To help you start strong and achieve those goals, our incredible Health Club team have made some adjustments to our group fitness timetable. It’s full of motivational classes that can help you get there – no matter what your aspirations. From high-intensity workouts that will get your blood pumping and your body moving, or gentle, low-impact “work-ins” that will help you de-stress, stretch, and recharge your mind and body. Either way, you’ll be ready to tackle 2024 head-on!
