Physical activity is a great way for anybody to keep healthy and achieve health and well-being goals, regardless of age. The Staying Active group exercise classes at Healthstin are geared towards physically active older adults aged 50 and up who want to keep fit and healthy.
Our highly trained and experienced Exercise Physiologists designed our Staying Active classes to address the needs of older adults to be able to exercise without putting undue pressure on their joints and stress on their bodies. Performing pain-free exercises in a fun setting that encourages social interaction and camaraderie is an excellent way to motivate and sustain every participant’s interest to keep exercising.
