Healthstin is running a ‘Back Into It’ Program! Like most of us, we have been slowly getting back into our usual health and exercise routines. However, we might be lacking some motivation, not be sure where to start, have different goals or be scared to pick up where we left off as our health may have changed. So, the team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists and Remedial Massage Therapists at Healthstin have developed the Back Into It Program to help guide you.
The 5-Week Program includes:
- 1 x Comprehensive health and fitness assessment, including body composition with an Exercise Physiologist
- 5-week personalised exercise program (gym or home-based) through the MyHealthPal App
- 2 x 30 minute guided exercise sessions
- 2 x 30-minute remedial massage treatments (available at Bexley Clinic only)
Cost: $300.00 (valued at over $500)*
