We’ve made some changes to our Group Fitness Timetable to better accommodate popular classes and in response to direct feedback from our members.
Here’s a preview of some of the new additions:
- Sundays – 11:00am Body Pump

- Sundays – 10:00am Pilates
- Sundays – 10:00am Body Pump
We review our timetables quarterly to ensure we have the best mix of classes for our members. If a class is not popular we may look to remove and replace it with another class. We monitor feedback and attendance to determine the best course of action so thank you for helping us create the best experience for our valued members!
